Popking ships orders using reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Available shipping methods may include:

Shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 12hrs after successful payment

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • You will receive an order confirmation once the payment has been made.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value

  • Shipping cost may be 250rs  above a minimum order value,

  • Any applicable taxes or charges will be clearly shown at checkout


5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS

  • The tracking link allows you to monitor your shipment in real time

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to reflect accurately


6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While Popking strives to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Unforeseen or force majeure events

Popking is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services but will assist you in resolving delivery issues wherever possible.


7. Failed or Returned Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply

  • Orders returned to Popking due to failed delivery will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy


8. International Shipping
