Replacement, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Popking. We take great care in preparing and packing our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you face any issues with your order, we’re here to assist.

All replacements, refunds, and cancellations are subject to verification and approval at the sole discretion of Popking.

Replacement Policy

Replacement requests will be considered only under the following condition:

  • The product received is damaged in terms of packaging at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and unconsumed

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided

Once eligibility is confirmed after verification, a replacement will be dispatched within 5–10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled

If an order has been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement if the product is found to be damaged or unfit for consumption upon delivery.

Refund Policy

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will conduct a quality inspection

  • You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund via email or phone call

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines

Shipping & Pick-Up

  • Customers will be informed via email regarding the pick-up date

  • Please ensure the product is kept ready in its original condition for a smooth collection by our delivery partner

Reporting Issues

In case of:

  • Non-delivery

  • Damaged products

  • Missing items in your order

Please report the issue within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered. Requests received after this period may not be entertained.
